Job summary

Kana Hotel Group's Embassy Suites Atlanta/Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA is seeking a part-time line cook to support our kitchen during the 4pm to 11:30pm shift. You will prepare or direct preparation of menu items and work with the team to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary school 2-4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food served using established production procedures.
• Determine amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems.
• Ensure availability of supplies and food for timely preparation.
• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
• Set steam table, serve or ensure proper serving of food for tray line or dining room.
• Comply with sanitation standards and health standards.
