Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Venture seeks a Line Cook for part-time days at Grand Casino Hinckley. You will prepare and finish menu items, follow recipes, and ensure food quality and safety throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, working with a team of chefs and front-of-house staff, and following gaming regulations and safety procedures. Experience preferred; GRA licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience; one year cooking preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Follow Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish foods per recipes.
• Follow recipes and production specifications.
• Know and execute menus.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary area per health regulations.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, and FOH to run operations.
• Adhere to safety and security regulations.
