Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a part-time Line Cook to assist in food preparation, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing in accordance with Grand Casino’s standards. You will follow established recipes and production specifications, ensuring quality and timely service across all kitchen stations.

Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience are preferred, with Serv-Safe certification appreciated.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish and garnish foods in kitchen according to recipes.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications.
• Knowledge and execution of menus.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times per health regulations.
• Work as part of a team with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks and FOH to run a smooth operation.
• Execute and prioritize multiple orders with efficiency and adherence to food safety practices.
