Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Staff customer service desks and assist customers on computers.
• Provide reference and directional assistance in person, by phone, or online.
• Facilitate circulation of library materials; handle fines and payments.
• Perform shelf maintenance: shelving, weeding, displays.
• Check in materials; process holds and renew items.
• Coordinate with other library areas to support initiatives.
• Open/close the building as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous circulation tasks and prepare reports.
