Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is hiring a Part Time Leave of Absence Administrator in Orlando to coordinate medical, family, and other protected leaves. You will serve as the primary contact for associates, oversee FMLA/ADA/PWFA and disability leaves, and partner with our third-party administrator to ensure timely, compliant leave processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Management.
• 2–4 years of experience administering HR/leave/disability or related case/workflow management.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer leaves of absence including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, STD and LTD.
• Serve as primary contact for associates and managers through the leave process.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with third‑party administrator and update HRIS and payroll records.
• Manage return-to-work activities and end-of-leave outcomes.
