Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant in Los Angeles to coordinate rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals. You’ll interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year of sales or residential leasing experience. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred; schedule is Friday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a negotiable hourly rate of $24–$26.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Greet residents, give tours, process leases and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases and inspections.
• Support management with clerical tasks and reporting.
