Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle traffic.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
