Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing Associate for Affinity at Wendell in Wendell, NC. You will manage leasing activities, marketing efforts, tours, applications, and renewals, ensuring resident satisfaction and occupancy targets.

You will use on-site systems to track availability, coordinate with maintenance, and support a positive resident experience while meeting flexible scheduling requirements, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform leasing activities and close deals.
• Strong marketing planning and execution skills.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities and drive traffic through online tools and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.
