Job summary

Greystar, a leading real estate company, seeks a part-time Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. Responsibilities include tours, applications, screenings, lease prep, and ensuring move-in readiness.

The role also covers implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy, coordinating renewals, and maintaining show units and the leasing office in top condition. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and renewals to achieve occupancy targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online and local channels.
• Track leasing activity and data using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
