Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Edge Flats in Winston-Salem, NC to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role includes tours, applications, credit/background checks, move-in packages, and collaboration with maintenance to deliver move-in-ready homes; on-site software like OneSite or Yardi is used to track data and performance.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses as required by state and local jurisdictions
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and data.
