Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support resident satisfaction to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity, support marketing plans, and prepare lease documents for move-ins. A valid driver's license and property-specific licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing and customer service.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and follow policies for concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activities.
