Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screen for credit/background.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic with online ads, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Track availability and leasing activities in the on-site software.
