Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant at its Atlantic Springs community in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Responsibilities include maintaining show units, following up with prospects, coordinating with maintenance, and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and handling Applications, credit checks, and move-in processes.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Ability to design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, conducts tours, processes applications, and prepares lease packages.
• Inspects apartments pre-move-in and coordinates with maintenance for readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implements programs to boost occupancy.
• Creates marketing campaigns using online tools and referrals to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
