Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect and prepare units for move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic online and on-site.
• Use on-site software to track availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize decisions.
• Prepare lease renewals and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out.
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly.
