RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, greet prospects, conduct tours, and manage applications and move-ins at our Brunswick site. You will execute marketing plans, screen applicants, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease documents, and assist move-ins.
• Coordinate marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards, report issues, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
