The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, lease renewals, and ongoing marketing initiatives, including referrals and targeted outreach to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process applications, credit checks, and move-in documentation.
• Conduct property tours and show units to prospects.
• Prepare lease packages and ensure smooth move-in and renewals.
• Maintain property appearance and safety and address resident concerns.
