RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction at our Georgia community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease paperwork to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, plus proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and OneSite). Weekend availability is expected in this office-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Maintain property standards and assist with lease renewals and resident satisfaction.
