Job summary

Asset Living, City Square Lofts in city location, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site. Regular attendance is required to greet prospects, qualify applicants, tour the community, and sign leases, while delivering a positive resident experience.

The role emphasizes leasing closings, lead generation, and maintaining accurate traffic data, with a focus on responsive service and adherence to policies. A strong customer-focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, follow-up, and lead generation.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and events.
• Maintain clean office and model spaces.
