Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show, tour, greet prospects, qualify leads, and sign leases to drive occupancy.

Daily on-site presence is required with focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving leasing goals. You will use on-site software, coordinate with the team, and participate in marketing plan execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.).
• Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model.
