Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role emphasizes on-site presence and customer service to drive occupancy.

The position requires showing units, qualifying applicants, and executing leases while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the property team. Asset Living supports professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales including appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
• Address resident complaints and requests; ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives (events, promotions, newsletter).
• Help maintain property offices and common areas.
