Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Part-Time) in Cedar Park, TX to support the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering excellent customer service at a partner store location.

You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, promote leasing benefits, and drive conversions. Requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Identify and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications (in-store and web orders).
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
• Establish partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on the Lease-To-Own process.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Cultivate a positive work environment to enhance coworker retention.
