Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or leasing, CRM experience (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage), and a proven track record of meeting targets. This is a part-time, on-site role with housing discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required.
• Proven success achieving leasing targets and conversions.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade Real Estate and the community.
