Job summary

PeakMade is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team and drive occupancy at our community. You will convert leads through phone, online, and in-person interactions and deliver engaging tours that identify resident needs and close leases.

You’ll manage follow-up across multiple channels, maintain pricing knowledge, and work weekends to meet peak leasing hours. This role offers commission-eligible earning potential and housing discounts where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Timely follow-up and personalized tours to boost conversions.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Assist with move-in processes and deposits, and related admin tasks.
