PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at one community. You’ll convert leads via phone, online and in person, deliver tours, and close leases while building standout resident experiences.

You’ll maintain CRM data, stay informed on pricing and availability, work weekends, and participate in the turn process. This role offers commission-eligible earnings and housing discounts, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
• Proven success achieving leasing targets
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage)
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close leases
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability and competitors
• Achieve leasing goals and drive occupancy
• Maintain accurate CRM data and prospect records
• Support move-ins, renewals and referrals
