Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Seattle to engage with prospective residents, present properties, and process leases. You will ensure a high level of customer service, tour model units, and coordinate move-in/move-out logistics while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience, with proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately.
• Capability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system.

Responsabilidades

• Qualifies prospective residents, leases apartments, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork.
• Generates traffic and schedules tours to prospective residents.
• Maintains model apartments in touring condition and orients residents to the property.
• Processes renewal paperwork and delivers documentation monthly to residents.
• Operates leasing reports and maintains accurate records of traffic activity.
• Provides clerical support including answering calls, filing, and processing invoices.
• Assists with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and company policies.
