Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, including employer outreach and online ads.
• Uses property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
