Job summary

Buckle in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader on a part-time basis. The role involves a mix of sales, merchandising and daily store operations, working closely with store management to drive guest service and sales.

You will supervise teammates, recruit and train, maintain visual standards, and support the store manager with leadership tasks. Prior retail experience is helpful; strong customer service and problem-solving are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to perform multiple leadership and customer-service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service; drive personal and store sales goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to Buckle standards.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards; manage merchandising and displays.
• Support store operations and scheduling; assist in daily duties.
• Provide leadership when Store Manager is not present.
