Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader at the Manhattan, KS location. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership on the floor.

The role involves sales generation, guest service excellence, merchandising, and daily store operations with a focus on delivering the best possible shopping experience for Guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform sales and leadership duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide product recommendations.
• Assist Guests in locating merchandise and creating wardrobe solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, exchanges, and return policies.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong guest service.
• Perform store operations, including planograms, stocking, and loss prevention.
