Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
• Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures.
• Provide supervision to ensure store meets financial goals and that associates deliver world-class service.
• Ensure store visual standards, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back-of-house operations during manage-on-duty shifts.
• Serve as Selling Captain, role modeling sales generation and customer service prioritization.
• Maintain a fair, respectful environment aligned with the People First philosophy.
