BNI Global Llc is seeking Launch Director Consultants in New York for a part-time role (20-25 hours/week). You will drive sales by coaching prospects on forming powerful networks and by attending networking events in the community. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet prospecting targets.

The position emphasizes sales leadership, recruitment, and project management to support Chapter formation and regional growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant sales background preferred.
• Strong time management, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience in customer support and account management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing outside the home office.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI’s services.
• Close sale transactions after meetings to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement an effective sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster relationships between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
