Job summary

BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant (part-time) to drive lead generation, coaching, and recruitment for BNI Chapters. The role emphasizes sales, networking at events, and supporting Chapter formation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include educating prospects on BNI benefits, closing sales, managing a sales pipeline, and coordinating with the Regional Support Team. This position may require evenings and weekends to meet prospecting goals and needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• 2+ years professional work experience in sales
• Experience in customer support and account management
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing outside of home office by attending community events and networking at a minimum of 3 hours per week.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sale transactions after meetings to reduce Membership churn while maximizing Membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve milestones.
• Foster positive relationships between Forming Chapters and the Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status, successes, and challenges.
• Assist with other duties to reflect core values and mission.
