Job summary

BNI Global Llc in Washington state is seeking a part-time Launch Director Consultant to generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members on forming powerful networks. This role involves sales, marketing, recruiting, coaching, and project management, with 20-25 hours per week and some evenings/weekends.

You will attend events, educate prospects, close sales, and maintain records while building Chapters and coordinating with the Regional Support Team.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales at events and venues.
• Educate prospects on benefits of BNI services.
• Close sales to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and Member accounts.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve milestones.
• Foster a positive relationship between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status and challenges.
• Other duties as communicated by BNI’s US Core Leadership.
