Job summary

Rothy’s in Philadelphia, PA seeks a part-time Keyholder to lead on the sales floor, model our experience, and support smooth store operations. You’ll coach peers, deliver exceptional service, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You’ll build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling, help run events, and reinforce brand standards in a welcoming, inclusive team that values initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
• Desire to grow leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Drive personal and team sales by coaching and team selling.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the community and drive sales.
• Support onboarding and training to reinforce store standards and product knowledge.
