Job summary

Rothy’s in Houston, TX, seeks a Part-Time Keyholder to foster a service-first culture on the sales floor and support smooth store operations. As part of the leadership team, you’ll model the Rothy’s Experience, coach peers, and ensure brand standards are reflected in every customer interaction.

You’ll drive personal and team sales, build lasting relationships through clienteling, and participate in events and day-to-day duties like merchandising and stockroom tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and selling on the sales floor by coaching and guiding team members to consistently uphold brand standards.
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy’s Experience to all customers and supporting teammates through coaching and team selling.
• Create lasting relationships with customers by engaging in strong clienteling practices.
• Assist with execution of in-store events and activations that engage the local community, support brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards, SOPs, service expectations, selling behaviors, and product knowledge on the sales floor.
