Rothy’s in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to lead with a service-first mindset on the sales floor and support smooth store operations. You will role-model our experience standards, coach teammates, and uphold brand values in every customer interaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, strong connection skills, and a desire to grow leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Leadership exposure preferred
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move boxes as needed
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and brand standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience by delivering exceptional service on the sales floor
• Coach teammates to reach personal and store sales goals
• Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive clienteling
• Assist with in-store events and community activations to boost brand awareness
• Support onboarding and training to reinforce SOPs and product knowledge
• Act as Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations and visual standards
