Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to join our Dallas store. You will help create a service-first culture on the sales floor, model our values, and support smooth store operations. As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty and ensure brand standards are upheld.

You bring 1–2 years in retail or customer service with some leadership; you connect with customers, coach teammates, and are available to work 40 hours a week including peak days and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to lead and coach peers on the sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; stand/walk entire shift.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience with exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Drive personal and team sales through coaching and team selling.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Support in-store events and activations to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee onboarding and training to reinforce standards and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure store operations and brand standards.
