Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a sales-oriented individual to support and motivate the sales team in Beverly Hills. The role focuses on sales generation, superior customer service, and fashion trend awareness within a fast-paced retail environment.

The candidate will lead by example on the shop floor, assist in achieving store KPIs, and collaborate with management on training and clienteling practices to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
• Interest in fashion and trend awareness required.
• Strong computer skills—Outlook, Excel and Word as core tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently motivates sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs set by the Company.
• Supports Store Manager in achieving total store goals and KPIs.
• Educates sales team on store plan, personal goals and statistics; motivates to achieve them.
• Lead by example on Sales Floor and achieve individual sales goals.
• Create a customer service focused environment with best practices in outreach.
• Demonstrates sales leadership; coaches associates on clienteling processes and standards.
• Develops knowledge of Company history, brand, philosophy and lifestyle to aid sales.
• Communicates product knowledge including sizing, materials, inventory, trends.
• Handles escalated Customer Service issues or concerns.
• Participates in training on Company policies, history and products.
• Coordinates daily activities of the sales team; ensures compliance with policy.
• Escalates policy violations to Store Manager; retrains as needed.
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback to team members.
• Partners with Store Manager to train internal talent.
• Performs store opening/closing procedures and deposits.
• Manages POS transactions, returns, exchanges and repairs per policy.
• Maintains merchandising standards and housekeeping on the floor.
• Ensures display product condition and proper labeling.
• Complies with security policies to minimize loss prevention risks.
• Maintains professionalism in communications with clients, peers, and partners.
• Participates in weekly Manager's conference call; prepares sales reports.
