Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Degree or certification in IT, Networking or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with system administration, OS and network infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to residents, families, and staff.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Manage daily IT operations and user assistance.
• Monitor backups and ensure data integrity.
• Support Office 365 and VMware environments.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and configurations.
• Assist with telephone and cable line maintenance as needed.
