Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an IT Support Specialist to join its Enterprise IT team, supporting users in Utah onsite and New York remotely. The role focuses on access, tools, and secure, efficient work, with a part-time hybrid schedule (onsite Tue/Wed) in Sandy, UT.

You will manage incidents, onboard new staff, and support core collaboration tools. The position emphasizes strong Windows/MacOS troubleshooting, hardware provisioning, and excellent communication with users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support or Service Desk experience in a heterogeneous environment (Windows and MacOS).
• Strong Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills, Linux is a plus.
• Experience managing incidents and tasks within SLA requirements, ideally using Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on hardware support including laptop provisioning/imaging, device deployment, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users, plus strong patience and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IT incidents and tickets for local and remote employees according to SLA processes and guidelines.
• Provide onboarding support for new employees, including a 30 to 45-minute technology onboarding session and first-day setup guidance.
• Administer and support core collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, and Office 365, including access support and documentation.
• Diagnose and support computer hardware and peripherals (including printers), and keep meeting rooms and office desk setups up to date through periodic testing.
• Handle device provisioning, inventory, and reimaging/wipe processes for internal equipment while following company rules and hygiene protocols.
