Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to provide professional end-user support. You will work in our NYC office and remotely across the organization, handling tickets, device provisioning, and user access management with a focus on security and user experience.

The role requires 3+ years in end-user support, a technical degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A fast-paced environment and proactive service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user technical support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with AD, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at the NYC office and remote support for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across end-user devices.
• Manage user accounts and access in Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Assist with onboarding, role changes, and offboarding per policy.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base; escalate when needed.
