Job summary

Westman Atelier in NYC is seeking an entry-to-junior IT professional to provide day-to-day technical support across our corporate and retail environments, ensuring teams have the devices, access, and tools they need to work effectively.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support onboarding and offboarding logistics, oversee IT inventory, and partner with external IT vendors on escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in IT support or related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line technical support for employees across Mac/PC environments.
• Provide on-site support in NYC office for hardware and networking tasks.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, software installs, and access provisioning.
• Escalate complex issues to external IT partners while ensuring resolution.
• Document recurring issues, asset inventory, and SOPs for IT operations.
