Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of desktop support experience.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSE.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams and SCCM.
• Experience with inventory/asset tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned site.
• Install and configure Dell hardware and peripherals.
• Image and upgrade PC/MacBook hardware using MDT and SCCM.
• Provide IT/AV support for executive presentations and events.
