Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and device support across departments and branches.
• Set up and install PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, firewall, and VPN issues.
• Use ticketing system to document issue resolution promptly.
• Manage user accounts in the email system and access changes.
• Support cybersecurity operations and conduct audits as needed.
• Assist with OT systems and security-focused improvements.
• Document SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
