Job summary

Axiom Healthcare Services in Olathe, KS is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our technology team. Part-time, 20 hours per week, focusing on maintaining IT infrastructure, end-user support, and enterprise security.

You will work on networking, cybersecurity, deployment of enterprise solutions including SAP and microservices, support UI development/testing, and ensure scalable, secure systems that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support roles with strong networking, cybersecurity and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience deploying enterprise solutions, including SAP systems and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices for software deployment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting across hardware, software and network systems.
Assist in deployment, configuration and maintenance of enterprise solutions, including SAP.
Support UI development and UI testing to enhance user experience.
Conduct security analysis and implement cybersecurity measures.
Coordinate system design for development projects to align with business objectives.
Implement software updates, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability enhancements.
Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and regulatory IT security standards.
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative environment.
