Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on company devices.
• Provide timely end-user support via in-person, remote, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Set up new workstations, accounts, email, and apps.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and ticket records.
• Develop documentation for procedures.
