Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves on-site hardware break-fix work at client locations, reporting to the Territory Supervisor. A combination of troubleshooting and hands-on repairs will be required, with emphasis on service quality and asset control.

Applicants should have technical schooling or equivalent experience, driving ability, and their own basic repair toolkit. Certification training is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service during each service call.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned and complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Possess responsibility for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
