Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. You will perform hardware break-fix services, troubleshoot issues, and manage service calls with focus on customer satisfaction.

Position reports to the Territory Supervisor and requires reliable transportation and a valid license. Responsibilities include call handling, administrative tasks, asset control, and potential guidance to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
