Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products, reporting to the Territory Supervisor and supporting various client sites.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience with technical school certification, be able to drive to client locations, lift up to 50 lbs, and own a basic repair toolkit.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations.
• Lift and/or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
