Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products.

Candidates must troubleshoot and repair, with moderately complex analytical decisions guided by department and company policies. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair tool kit and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver service calls and complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Manage assets and inventory controls.
• Mentor colleagues as needed.
