Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves hardware-focused break-fix services on client products and requires basic to moderately complex troubleshooting.

You will work under the Territory Supervisor and handle service calls with attention to department guidelines. The position emphasizes strong customer service and clear communication, with responsibilities that include admin tasks and asset control.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and manage all assigned service calls.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Ensure asset control and inventory return.
• Assist with additional duties to meet business needs.
• May guide fellow technicians.
